I am currently working on strategic initiatives at the Executive Director's office of MIT World Peace University. My journey from software engineering to the social sector and education has been driven by a passion for impactful change.
After graduating with an engineering degree from MIT College of Engineering, Pune, I joined Accenture. However, my true calling lay in social impact, which led me to leave the corporate world in 2020 and found the SkillSlate Foundation. Since then, SkillSlate has trained over 25,000 individuals across 100+ organizations in four countries.
To scale my efforts, I joined Mahatma Gandhi Seva Sangh (MGSS) as CEO. We focus on disability rehabilitation through our 10+ District Disability Rehabilitation Centers in Maharashtra, impacting over 100,000 lives. Our work has been recognized with two Presidential National Awards from the Government of India.
In 2021, I received admission to Harvard University and the London School of Economics but chose to stay in India to continue making a difference. My commitment to driving change also led me to pursue an MBA at IIM Kozhikode, from where I graduated in 2024 as a gold medalist. I have since been published in Forbes and featured in Business Standard and The Print.
Today, I am focused on developing strategies that further social impact and education, leveraging my experience to create sustainable, large-scale change.
I have published a self-help book A Leap Within and have written over 2000 quotations.
