I dropped out of
Harvard to make a change. The inclusive way.
This is me
I am a former software engineer at Accenture, an author, a public speaker, Harvard Dropout turned Social Entrepreneur, Founder of SkillSlate Foundation and CEO of Mahatma Gandhi Seva Sangh, I've been working in the social impact sector since I left Accenture in 2020.
While pursuing my engineering degree at MIT College of Engineering, Pune, I got involved in various leadership roles and was elected as the Student Council Member, Founded the college's Entrepreneurship Cell, Published my first self-help book, A Leap Within, and started my side hustle Zovy Studios ( A gifting and corporate supply company) But the most satisfying work was my involvement in social causes with different NGOs and organizations.
After graduating, I joined Accenture as a software engineer, where I continued working with different social organizations. It wasn't until 3 years later that I found my calling in the social impact sector and decided to pursue it full-time! So I left Accenture behind and started SkillSlate Foundation, which trains more than 25000 people across 100+ organizations in 4+ countries.
Later, to create an impact on a large scale, I joined MGSS as its Chief Executive Officer, where we work in disability rehabilitation. Through our 10+ District Disability Rehabilitation centers in Maharashtra alone, we have impacted more than 1L people—and our work recently won 2 Presidential National Awards by Govt. of India.
In 2021, I received admission from Harvard University, Graduate School of Education, and London School of Economics for my Master but I felt that there is so much yet to do in India, so I dropped out and decided to serve here back in India.
